- – Refunds and exchanges can be requested within 30 days of receiving your order
- – All goods you would like to return must be unused, in their original packaging and in a resalable condition, with any labels still attached. Once we have received the item(s) a refund or credit note will be issued.
- – If the goods are not what you ordered or they are damaged, faulty or missing, please contact us and we will be able to arrange for an exchange at our expense. In that case, we will refund any postage costs.
- – Please make sure that you obtain proof of posting as we will not be held responsible for any lost or damaged item and we reserve the right to charge you for any such lost or damaged item.
